INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not have control over customs and are therefore not able to be responsible for any delays that may occur during international shipment.
Tracking information will be provided to you as soon as it becomes available to us.


APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TIMES

(does not include weekends or public holidays)

  • a) USA: 3 to 8 business days (tracking system available)

  • b) Rest of the world: 3 to 12 business days (tracking system availability varies)

In very rare cases, delivery may take longer than the stated time frame.
Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times or any unexpected delays that may occur en route, and we appreciate your understanding and patience should this happen.

If tracking updates are unavailable for more than 30–60 business days, we will ship out a replacement package.

This may especially occur during busier holiday seasons (November–December), major promotions, or high-demand periods.


PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (3–5 business days) is separate from shipping time, and both should be added together to estimate total delivery time.

Orders generally take 4–6 business days to be fully processed — including verification, packaging, forwarding to logistics, and shipment handoff to the carrier.

Once your order has been processed, our shipping partner will pick up your package, and you will receive an email with tracking information that can also be viewed on our website.

In rare cases, processing may take longer than expected — particularly during busy times such as holidays or major sales events.
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.


CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel it if it has already been processed.

If an order is cancelled within 30 minutes before processing, a $20 transaction fee will apply per order.

If you contact us and we confirm that your order has already been processed, cancellation will not be possible.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order you have just placed.
